About Billy's Garlic

Billy's Garlic is a family-owned business dedicated to producing USDA Certified Organic seed garlic and culinary garlic.

Every bulb we sell is planted, grown, harvested and cured by Billy Allstot of Billy's Gardens in Tonasket, Washington.

From planting through harvest, we are personally involved in every step of the process to ensure our customers receive garlic of the highest quality.

Nestled in the heart of the Okanogan Valley, our farm benefits from one of the Pacific Northwest's most unique agricultural environments.

The valley's rich soils are the result of thousands of years of geological history. Ancient volcanic eruptions from the Cascade Range, including Mount Mazama, deposited volcanic ash and pumice across the region, while glaciers later mixed these materials into the valley's glacial till. Over time, these volcanic minerals weathered into deep, fertile, mineral-rich soils that provide exceptional growing conditions and contribute to the Okanogan Valley's renowned agricultural productivity.

Combined with the Okanogan Valley's warm summer days, cool nights, low humidity, abundant sunshine, and well-drained soils, these natural conditions create an ideal environment for growing healthy, vigorous garlic with outstanding flavor, excellent storage qualities, and superior planting performance. The unique terroir of the Okanogan Valley is reflected in every bulb we produce.

As a family-owned business, we take great pride in supplying gardeners, small farms, and commercial growers with certified organic seed garlic they can trust, along with premium certified organic culinary garlic for the kitchen.

We believe quality begins in the field, which is why every bulb is grown with care, inspected by hand, and backed by our commitment to exceptional customer service.

Whether you're planting your first garlic bed or managing acres of production, we're honored to be part of your growing season and thank you for choosing Billy's Garlic.
